Eco Friendly

We now have electric vehicle type 2 sockets for each cottage, which have their own meters.

Both cottages have benefitted from the fitting of new double-glazed windows this winter to further enhance their looks and warmth. Field Cottage is also boasting a newly-fitted conservatory to keep up with West Close Cottage which had a new conservatory fitted 2 years ago.

Meanwhile the cottages have had a redecoration and make-over, along with new carpet in the living areas and new flooring in West Close Cottage kitchen.

Our cottages are both heated by an environmentally-friendly biomass boiler.

As far as we are able, we use environmentally-friendly cleaning products from Splosh.com where possible, as well as toilet paper from 'Who Gives A Crap', which is made from recycled paper and comes with fully-recyclable paper packaging.
